My name is Geoff Thomson and I’m a Motion Design & 3D Animation Artist with over 15 years of experience in creating all kinds of animated content.

I’m an outdoors-type Dad who loves mountain biking, the beach, and a good movie. I live with my family near Noosa on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia, where I started Motion GT in 2019.

As long as I can remember, I’ve had an interest in things that move in a fun way. The ever-evolving world of Motion Design & Animation continually feeds that excitement for me, and I like to use that energy to help people and businesses promote themselves and their products.

I spent many years in the entertainment industry in Sydney making TV promos and all manner of Motion Graphic work. Meeting people from totally different fields who are passionate about what they do really inspires me, and it presents an amazing opportunity to create new and exciting work.
